It is undeniable that modern society really affects the health and lifestyle of many individuals. Especially those living and working in the metropolis where you can see a fast pace of life. The hectic schedule in meeting deadlines and work competition are adding more stress, resulting in the decline of fitness and health. And we are not talking yet of the foods that you eat. So adding that would eventually balloon the effect. In the long run this kind of lifestyle, sooner or later, will haunt you back with health issues and concerns that could cripple your body system little by little.
Oftentimes we hear people say that they don’t have the luxury of time to workout or exercise because of work yet they can spare some for leisure. So it could just be a shallow excuse and eventually boils down to one’s determination to improve their health status and lose that extra flab on the waistline before it will derail you from inside out.
Another factor that I see that contributes to the growing problem is the lack of flexibility in many health and wellness programs. Mostly they are providing a one size fits all approach or force potential customers to compromise instead of focusing on the client’s individual needs. And I found one who offers a specialized individual program that will help you improve your health and well being. And you can find more information and updates at Evolv Health Facebook page.
Yet, we must not forget that the road to achieving your health and wellness goals doesn’t end with just physical activity alone. It should be accompanied with proper and appropriate dietary program and changes in your dietary behavior. Although there are plenty of diet plans out there but what’s effective to others may not work well on you. And it is always effective if you have proper guidance from experts that is tailored just for you based on your dietary preference and lifestyle.

I qoute, “Yet, we must not forget that the road to achieving your health and wellness goals doesn’t end with just physical activity alone. It should be accompanied with proper and appropriate dietary program and changes in your dietary behavior. ” This is true indeed! I have been trying to reduce yet to no avail because I still give in to my “gusto” when it comes to food intake.

i do have this dilemma…just months ago, i managed to lose few inches off my belly yet now i am back to having those few inches…living in a fast paced life requires a lot of fast foods
having a busy schedule is no excuse in keeping yourself perfectly fit. all you have to do is eat the right food, stand a few minutes, stretch your body, good body posture, inhale exhale in the morning, and do some household chores are exercise enough. some people just stay behind the desk and slouch. and when they come home, they slouch on the couch. lol!

I am trying to change my way of life but unfortunately, I made July my ultimate “Treat Month.” I ate and ate again. Drank coffee and even indulged myself with Coffee Float from Jollibee. I have been a bad momma! LOL!!!
Anyway, I told my husband and my children, I will be going back to diet this August.

Oh my! I’m in constant battle with my weight. at times I do workout slightly but other times i just forget about it. It’s hard to lose weight
You are right… we have to train our mind to overcome and do something about it instead of just ranting and not making any change.
thanks for sharing…
you are what you eat!!! hahahaha..
Oh the dilemma of maintaining such good health! I envy those who can eat anything and stay in the same shape. One really needs to put his/her heart toward the goal to achieve it and not make it a daily struggle.
