I was talking about the 2010 guidelines four days ago and that it has been published already and while I had posted it in a medical and safety training forum, there are always confusions especially with changes in guidelines and protocols. Whereas some of the problem that occur lies on people as being stubborn by not reading the guidelines completely but I’m not blaming them on the other hand because it’s a huge file to dig upon and so many pages to read, understand and to absorb.
