I’ve been featuring different sort of stuff ranging from foods, supplements and medicines that has been recalled either by health officials or the company itself and or both in my previous posts. And this one is no difference from them all as Richmond-based Glass Onion Catering is recalling a reported more than 90 tons of ready-to-eat salads and sandwiches because they may be contaminated with Escherichia Coli or E. coli.
And to be more specific, the products that are being recalled were produced between 13 Sept and 14 Nov 2013. Reports says that it was shipped in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Texas. And there have been several people in three states who were sickened after eating pre-packaged salads with grilled chicken.
The recalled pre-packaged salads and sandwich wraps that reportedly have E. coli contains cooked chicken and ham. The Food Safety and Inspection Service say that the E. coli bacteria causes dehydration, bloody stools and abdominal cramps and to some, it come develop a form of kidney failure especially to young children and the elderly.
While full investigation is under way to pin point any source of contamination, the FDA is encouraging consumers who purchased the contaminated products to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or dispose of it. In general, people think that you would have to spend long hours at the gym before you can get fit and healthy. With this in mind, most people tend to slide away from having an active and healthy lifestyle due to the fact that they do not have the luxury of time to spend at the gym plus the cost that it would incur too. At the office
Push your office chair back. Utilize it as your dip station. This one will help strengthen your triceps.
While lying in bed
Your head should be placed beyond the edge of the bed. Hold this position for about a couple of minutes. This will strengthen neck muscles.
These exercises may seem simple and minimal that it would not have any impact to your health. However, the efficiency of an exercise does not rely solely on its intensity. The effects of these exercises will accumulate overtime and you will certainly be able to see a big difference in your body and health!
