A mother is described as the most wonderful being that ever walked the earth. She is the man’s’ partner, she is the home keeper as she is considered to be the light of the home, she is a great cook, she is a wonderful storyteller, an individual with extreme patience, a passionate being whose love knows no boundaries. She is really great, isn’t she? She has done all those and at the same time her own personal time has been neglected. Some of the things that concern her own needs that are often set aside may be shopping for her personal wants, pampering herself like taking a trip to the spa for facial treatments, body scrubs, foot massage.
Physical fitness has also been dormant to attend to the other needs of the family and in the process they have built-up some belly fat and flabby arms that would eventually make them feel down and think of themselves as less pretty. The reason why some are yearning for a wonder drug or weight loss pills for women that work fast because of their busy schedule the gym is like a dream to them. They are also at risk of losing their social life.
Mothers also desire to interact with other people outside the family circle. They long to have a good chat with fellow mothers, neighbors and other associates in the office (if she’s a working mom). It may be solved by managing the time wisely. Making a priority list could help in the process, a few minutes for this and a few minutes for that could make a difference. In spite all this, they are considered as super moms for tackling every task on hand with grace and confidence. What we could do to give back the goodness that they have done is to acknowledge them, give them all the love they need, shower them with kisses in the morning and squeeze them with overflowing hugs of love and tell them “I Love You Mom”.
